Since launching my first holiday cottage back in 2010 I have worked with many owners to act as an agent and fully manage their properties. I always treat them the same way I would do my own, making sure that guests have the best possible experience and a very personal level of customer service. I can look after everything for you including marketing, guest enquiries, changeovers and even arranging maintenance. Setting up a property to run as a holiday let can be really daunting, I can help with advice to avoid the most common pitfalls and as a former photographer I can even take your photos and videos of your property. Any level of service is possible from purely generating you some additional bookings to full management. There’s no big contracts or tie ins and you’re free to promote your property yourself and have unlimited owner bookings – I’m here to work with you.

I specialise in the Rothbury area and maintain the business at a size where guests still feel that personal touch. If any issues come up I’m always on hand to do my best to manage the guest experience. I have full access to the top advertising platforms to generate bookings along with this website and the Northumberland Holidays social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
