H’yem is approached from the Market Place through a private pedestrian lane that leads on to the banks of the River Coquet.

On entering to the property you will find a central hallway leading to all the accommodation, which is on one level making it ideal for those with limited mobility or struggle with stairs.

H’yem has full gas central heating and is fully equipped to an extremely high standard throughout and also offers a beautiful log burning stove in the Living Room. Sit back and enjoy a roaring fire in the cooler months or sit outside in the lovely garden area to the rear if the weather is being kind!

Hyem is just a few yards from the River Coquet which offers stunning walks right from your doorstep.

The Entrance Hall has access to all of the rooms which include: A comfortable and spacious Dining Lounge with a feature log burning stove for the cooler months complete with exposed stonework. There is plenty of comfortable seating for four people with a stylish three seater settee and a two seater settee, wooden laminate flooring and window to the front of the property. There is a smart TV and free Wi-fi internet access for your entertainment. The dining area in the corner of the Lounge has a dining table and four chairs.

The attractive modern Kitchen is extremely well equipped and fitted with a range of brand new wall and base units with wooden work surfaces. It has modern integrated appliances including an electric oven with gas hob and extractor hood, a microwave, fridge freezer, and integrated dishwasher and washing machine. A large window provides plenty of light and a door leads to the outside space/garden area with seating.

The Master Bedroom has a lovely double bed with matching bed side tables, a double wardrobe and large chest of drawers. There is plenty of storage space here for everything that you would like to bring with you for your holiday. The Second Bedroom has twin beds, a chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes. All beds will be made up prior to your arrival and a full set of towels is provided per person staying.

The newly fitted modern Bathroom has a walk in shower, wash hand basin, low level WC, tiled walls and flooring, vanity mirror. There is plenty of free on street parking available within close proximity of H’yem. As mentioned H’yem is suitable for guests with mobility problems, however there is one small step into the property and there is a short walk (approx. 20m) from the parking spaces to the property. One well behaved dog is welcome subject to agreement with our simple house rules.
